City Views is a community platform for sharing local memories and culture, and a shop for official City Views merchandise. By accessing or using City Views, you agree to these Terms.
You must be able to form a binding contract to use the service. Some features may require a registered account. You’re responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity on your account.
You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant City Views a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and share your content to operate and improve the service. You represent that you have all rights and any necessary consents to post your content.
Do not post illegal, infringing, hateful, harassing, or explicit content; do not impersonate others; do not attempt to disrupt the service. We may moderate, remove, or restrict content or accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Policies.
We may use a tiered moderation approach (reminders, content edits/removals, temporary limits, probation/verification, suspension/ban). Repeated or severe violations may result in loss of access. See the Community Policies page for details.
City Views may display products sold via third‑party platforms (e.g., Shopify, TikTok Shop) and process payments using third‑party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Cash App). Purchases are subject to those providers’ terms, policies, availability, shipping, taxes, and return/refund rules.
City Views trademarks, logos, and brand elements are owned by City Views and protected by law. You may not use them without written permission.
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free service, or the accuracy of user content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, City Views and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or create risk for the community or the service.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. The “Last updated” date will be revised accordingly.
These Terms are governed by applicable laws where City Views operates. Disputes will be resolved in the courts or arbitration forum of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by law.
